1st Choice Women's Health Center
This nonprofit community organization provides a medical consultation including pregnancy testing, on-site ultrasound and sexually transmitted infection testing as well as education about pregnancy options and supportive peer counseling in a confidential environment. An after-abortion support group is also available.

Maternity Care
The Health Department provides prenatal and postnatal care for maternity patients who live in Loudoun County and meet income eligibility requirements. Services include physical exams, laboratory tests, teaching and counseling.

Family Education
Inova Loudoun Hospital offers a comprehensive prenatal education series including the following classes: Childbirth Education, Refresher Childbirth, Newborn Care Class, Breastfeeding Education, Sibling Class, and Infant and Pediatric CPR Class. In addition, new parents are invited to a postpartum information and support group to help families adjust to the first few weeks and months after their baby is born.
