Phone: 703-777-0353 Capital Hospice Capital Hospice serves persons of all ages with such diseases as cancer, Alzheimer's dementia, heart, lung or kidney disease, AIDS and ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), and whose prognosis is estimated at less than one year. The hospice provides medical care by a team of doctors, nurses, chaplains, social workers, home health aides and volunteers, in the patient's home, nursing home or assisted living facility.
