The Community Health Division of the Loudoun County Health Department provides a variety of services, including immunizations to help protect the public from vaccine-preventable diseases, testing for tuberculosis, sexually-transmitted diseases and HIV. The division provides follow-up of all reportable communicable diseases and also provides information on illness prevention, wellness, chronic diseases, and many other health-related subjects. The Public Health Nursing program provides services in homes, schools, and communities to maintain wellness and prevent illness or injury. Leesburg, Virginia 20176 Phone: 703-777-0236 Ashburn Clinic The Health Department also has a clinic in Ashburn, located at 45201 Research Place, Suite 120. The Ashburn clinic provides tuberculosis screenings only, at a cost of $14.70 per TB risk assessment. There is an additional charge of $7.00 if a TB test is placed as a result of the findings of the assessment. Patients are seen for TB screenings on a walk-in basis each Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Documents and Forms Many Community Health Services documents and forms are available online.
