The Community Health Division of the Loudoun County Health Department provides a variety of services, including immunizations to help protect the public from vaccine-preventable diseases, testing for tuberculosis, sexually-transmitted diseases and HIV. The division provides follow-up of all reportable communicable diseases and also provides information on illness prevention, wellness, chronic diseases, and many other health-related subjects. The Public Health Nursing program provides services in homes, schools, and communities to maintain wellness and prevent illness or injury. Loudoun County Health Department

Ashburn Clinic The Health Department also has a clinic in Ashburn, located at 45201 Research Place, Suite 120. The Ashburn clinic provides tuberculosis screenings only, at a cost of $14.70 per TB risk assessment. There is an additional charge of $7.00 if a TB test is placed as a result of the findings of the assessment. Patients are seen for TB screenings on a walk-in basis each Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Documents and Forms Many Community Health Services documents and forms are available online.
