One of the country's fastest growing regions was once a quiet, rural community on some of Virginia's most productive farmland. Located just miles from the nation's capital, the Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum offers a wooded retreat from the fast-paced metro area.Enter a world of agriculture and rural life at this interpretive farming complex, situated within a nine-acre National Register Historic District.
Walk through the narrow aisles of an early 20th century general store; meet Elevation, the most famous bull in history; and learn about farm machinery in our hands-on children's area. The museum is dedicated to collecting, housing, researching and exhibiting objects, documents and photographs related to the history of agriculture and rural life in Loudoun County.
